Winter Training

Outdoor training. This week with an introductory price of £1 each.

Winter Training

Ballysillan Winter Training is starting Friday 21/10/2011. This will be held for a period of 10 weeks underflood light conditions at Ballysillan's Leisure Centre's 3G pitch. Sessions will be from 8pm-10pm each Friday night.

We will be looking to develop what we have learnt throughout the summer but also look back and work on our basics! So the sessions are welcome to everybody, Beginners to "pros".

These training sessions will cost the following

£8.00 per person per session
£6.00 per Junior/women per session
£50.00 One off payment for all 10 sessions

BUG Training

Proper training session for those who want to play for BUG (other people welcome too). Aim to be there for 6:30pm for a punctual 7:00pm start. (There's a rumour that those who turn up late my regret it!)

This is not a free training session and it will be a "NO PAY, NO PLAY".

First of, everyone needs to be a member of Belfast Ultimate. This is £12 for the year (Jan-Dec) for everybody. Second, the cost of playing at Shorts FC grounds is £52 for the year (Jan-Dec), or £26 for Juniors (under 18).

These fees will be collected in two halves:
- the first is due ASAP.

Training Day

The morning session is a throwing clinic, followed by work on pivoting, breaking and forcing. Afternoon is timing and reading, followed by a game.

There will be an hours break at 1:00pm for lunch.

All welcome no matter ability. Why not bring a friend.
