It's the night for selecting the team's logo, name and colours for the seasons ahead, and a good occasion to enjoy some BUG social time with potential great Ultimate Spirit like 3-pint challenges and all.

The BU Dinner Dance returns again for another Christmas outing.

Arrival time is about 7pm for a 7:30pm prompt serve time for dinner.

As well as a Christmas dinner there will also be the annual BU Awards ceremony, live music and to finish off the night DJ McFeeters will play out some dancing tunes. Ticket price is £28. Everyone is very welcome, bring you wives, girlfriends, boyfriends, husbands, mums, dads, children - the more the merrier.

It's taking place on Saturday, 19th December, from 7pm (after the Christmas Special Tournament), in the 4-star Park Avenue Hotel, Belfast. What you can expect from this evening of entertainment:
